## What it does

- Answers calls, messages and web chat in the caller's language, English or a regional language, including the mixed speech people actually use, and stays in it.
- Books, reschedules and cancels appointments, confirming the slot back and verifying the caller (booking id, one-time code) before touching an existing booking.
- Captures leads and recovers missed calls with a call-back or a WhatsApp message.
- Answers questions from the documents the business uploads (price lists, FAQs, service details), citing the source; when the answer is not there it says so and takes a message rather than guessing.
- Enforces the business's policy on every turn: opening hours, what may be promised, when to escalate to a human, what must never be said. Sector templates for healthcare, finance, education and legal.
- Runs on a choice of AI providers per quality tier (speech recognition, language model, speech synthesis), with automatic fallback when one fails.
- Shows the cost of every conversation. With no credits it keeps answering in capture-only mode: it takes a message and does nothing that costs.

## Pricing

Pay per call, in credits of about a cent each. Credits are added by voucher or top-up and each call is charged at three times the provider cost it incurred, shown against every conversation. No retainer and no contract.
